Supportive Loving Family
This is a tough question, I know, is your family supportive, loving . . . there for you? Does your marriage improve or decline? If the worst happened, would you be okay with where your family relationships are now?

If there’s one thing I’ve learned during my time as a Certified Oola Life Coach, it’s that “family” is either the bedrock of a calm and balanced life – or the source of drama, chaos and stress. It’s your choice.

If you need for things to improve, there are specifics you can work on. Here are a few to think about:

If you’re not working on your marriage, you’re working on your divorce. Your spouse should come before everyone else (and everything), so carve out some quality time away from your job, the kids, and your other responsibilities.

Healthy boundaries keep toxic behavior out of your inner circle. Your extended family shouldn’t be allowed to create drama for your spouse and kids (or , if you’re unmarried, your close siblings and parents). Set boundaries and be specific about the behavior you want. Inside your “inner circle,” be a role model for drama-free behavior, demonstrating what’s expected.

Bring your family along with you on your journey of improvement. Hold a family meeting to discuss goals and determine how you can work together to achieve them. Celebrate wins as a family, too.

Of course, a solid and supportive family life is just part of the feeling of certainty that comes with the Oola lifestyle. And it’s something I help others achieve as an Oola Life Coach. If you want to transform your world into one of balance, abundance and certainty, I’m here to help.

How I started to Live Differently

I created this practice after experiencing firsthand how emotional patterns can keep us stuck - even when we "know better."

I saw so many people carrying invisible burdens—stress, emotional pain, limiting beliefs, grief, burnout, and patterns that kept them feeling stuck. I watched people do everything they were "supposed" to do while still feeling disconnected from themselves, overwhelmed, or unable to create lasting change. I knew there had to be a more compassionate and holistic approach to healing.

I created this practice to offer a space where healing is not about fixing yourself—it’s about reconnecting with who you truly are beneath the layers of stress, survival patterns, fear, and programing. I believe each person already holds incredible wisdom and healing capacity within them. Sometimes we simply need support, guidance, and the right tools to help uncover it.

My belief about healing is that you are not broken. Healing is not a straight line, and it does not happen by forcing or striving. It happens when we create space to listen—to our bodies, our emotions, our beliefs, and the deeper messages beneath them. Healing invites us to approach ourselves with curiosity, compassion, and honesty.

My approach is both intuitive and practical because lasting transformation requires both. I blend Reiki, Aroma Freedom Technique, and practical coaching to support healing on multiple levels—mind, body, emotions, and energy. Through Reiki, I help create space for restoration, balance, and energetic alignment. Through Aroma Freedom Technique, we gently uncover and release limiting beliefs and emotional blocks that may be keeping you stuck. And through practical coaching, we turn awareness into meaningful action and real-life change.

I trust intuition as an important part of the healing process. I listen deeply—not only to what is spoken but also to the patterns and themes that may be asking for attention. At the same time, I believe insight becomes most powerful when paired with grounded, practical steps that help you integrate healing into your everyday life.

My role is not to tell you who to become. My role is to walk beside you as you rediscover your own inner wisdom, healing capacity, and path forward. Together, we create a process that feels supportive, empowering, and aligned with who you are.

I would be honored to be part of your healing journey.
